Seminars are typically scheduled for one hour and include plenty of time for questions and discussion. Most groups range from 10-15 attendees, but larger groups can also be accommodated.
In addition to the topics I normally cover, you can always gather topics ahead of time from attendees that sign up and I can add content on demand as appropriate to my presentation. The presentations are meant to be informative without being overbearing, and with just enough levity to keep them light and engaging. Content is kept to a few key points that everyone should be able to confidently take away. I also include easy to read handouts.
